Meet the Coach
Luce Taylor (they/them)Hi, I’m Luce — an online health and fitness coach with a simple mission: to help LGBTQ+ people feel safe, secure and supported in fitness spaces that so often feel like they weren’t built for us.I’ve been lifting for over 4 years and turned my passion for training into a career in early 2024. I also competed in my first bodybuilding season last year — 7 shows, 7 placings (don’t ask me how I pulled that off, I’m still recovering!).But it hasn’t always been structure and spreadsheets. As someone who’s neurodivergent and spent years struggling with their mental health, routines didn’t come naturally — especially in environments where I never quite felt like I belonged. When I first started coaching, I set out to work with vegans and plant-based folks. But as I confronted my own internal struggles around queerness, gender, and identity, that focus evolved. I realised what I really needed to build was the kind of supportive, inclusive fitness community I wish I’d had growing up.Now, I coach with a focus on flexibility, autonomy and identity-affirming support — because your body deserves respect and care, and so do you.
